1. Governing Law & Consumer Rights

GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.

Nothing here affects any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy under your local laws.

2. Product-Compliance Responsibility

Many Seboar products emit radio frequencies or are otherwise regulated. You are responsible for ensuring that the products you buy may be lawfully imported, possessed and operated in your jurisdiction. If in doubt, please check local regulations before ordering.

3. Safety Warnings

Operating drones and related power systems involves risk. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand and will follow at least the following precautions:

  • Rotating propellers can cause serious injury – install and check propellers before powering-on.
  • Lithium-polymer batteries must be charged, stored and disposed of in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines; misuse may cause fire.
  • Motors, batteries and ESCs may draw >30 A – handle high-current wiring with care and never short-circuit.
  • Disconnect power before performing maintenance; avoid reverse-polarity and bare-wire contact.

4. Limited Warranty & After-sales Support

  • Warranty Length– Seboar provides a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
  • Your Remedy– At our option we will repair, replace or refund any product confirmed defective. Shipping costs for approved warranty claims are borne by Seboar one-way; return freight is at our discretion.
  • Exclusions– Damage caused by misuse, crashes, liquid ingress, unauthorised modification or normal wear is not covered.
  • Statutory Guarantees– The above operates in addition to, not in place of, any statutory guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

5. Limitation of Liability

Seboar is liable for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
  • any matter for which liability cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to the foregoing, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages(such as loss of profits or data).

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • 30-Day Right to Cancel – Worldwide: You may return unused goods in original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. Full details are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • EU/UKconsumers additionally retain a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal; we refund the product price and the original standard delivery cost (express upgrades excluded).
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind is at the customer’s expense; a clearly disclosed 20 % deduction applies outside EU/UK to cover outbound freight, duties and payment fees.
  • Requests should be initiated via [email protected]before returning any item.

7. Shipping Terms (summary)

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business daysafter payment clearance.
  • Estimated transit times and applicable duties/taxes are displayed at checkout and reproduced in our Shipping Policy.
  • Parcels include door-to-door tracking. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your parcel exceeds the published transit window by >10 business days, we will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, ship a free replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is marked “Delivered”by the carrier. Signature-on-delivery is available at checkout.

8. Address & Export Compliance

We cannot ship to freight-forwarder warehouses, hotels, P.O. boxes or embargoed destinations. You are responsible for providing a complete residential or commercial address and any local tax/ID numbers required for import. Exports from China comply with all applicable control regulations; you agree not to use our products for prohibited end-uses.

9. Stock Availability & Back-orders

Items shown “in stock” usually ship immediately. If a product is back-ordered, the checkout page will display “Ships when available.” We will email an updated ship date and you may cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch.

10. Order Review, Fraud & Cancellation

All orders pass automated fraud screening. We may request verification (e.g. proof of identity or billing address). Seboar reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that fails verification or is suspected of violating export regulations.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic, government action). We will notify you and work to minimise delay.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase. A date stamp at the top shows the current version.
