Return & Exchange Policy

1. Right to Cancel / Change-of-Mind Returns — 30 Days Worldwide

We give every customer 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep a purchase.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original retail packaging with all accessories and manuals.

2. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery, attaching your order number and clear photos/video. Once approved, we will

  • email a prepaid return label or
  • ship replacement parts / a new unit at our cost. No restocking fee or deduction applies.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of misuse, modification or disassembly
  • Items returned without all original accessories or retail packaging
  • Requests lodged afterthe time limits in § 1 or § 2
  • Clearance / promotional items unless proven defective

4. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

  • Automated Screening– all orders pass fraud-risk scoring.
  • Manual Verification– we may request proof of identity or billing-address confirmation; documents are deleted once checked.
  • Cancellation Rights– Seboar may cancel any order that fails verification or appears malicious or anti-competitive.
  • Refund Handling– Cancelled fraudulent orders are refunded; payment-gateway fees (3 %–5 %) may be withheld where applicable.
  • Blacklisting & Reporting– confirmed fraud data are blacklisted and, if required, shared with banks or law enforcement.
  • Chargebacks– for shipped goods we supply carriers’ proof of delivery and verification records to the card issuer.

5. Return Procedure (RMA)

  • Email [email protected]to obtain an RMA number.
  • Pack the item securely and write the RMA number on the outer carton.
  • Ship the parcel within 14 days of RMA approvalvia a tracked service; keep the receipt.
  • Mark customs forms “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after inspection. Your card issuer may require additional posting time.

7. Limited Warranty

Six-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Seboar covers parts and one-way shipping. Damage due to misuse, crashes, liquids, or unauthorised repairs is excluded; paid repair service is available.

8. Risk of Loss

Responsibility transfers to Seboar only when the return parcel is scanned “Delivered” at our service centre. Untracked, mis-addressed, or insufficient-postage parcels remain the customer’s responsibility.
