1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

All in-stock orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, GMT+8).

A tracking link is emailed to you immediately after carrier hand-off.

2. Transit-Time Guidance

These are door-to-door delivery windows in business days counted from the date your parcel leaves our warehouse.

3. Shipping Services & Costs

  • Free DDP shippingon orders to UK, US, DE, JP, RU,AU,AE, SA, KW, BR.
  • Orders below that threshold pay carrier-calculated rates shown at checkoutonce you enter your address.
  • Express courier upgrades are billed at real-time carrier tariffs; we’ll quote on request.

Return address (RMA parcels only) 

Please send returns or exchanges to addresses in China.

4. Duties & Taxes

UK, US, DE, JP, RU,AU,AE, SA, KW, BR: sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – import VAT, customs brokerage and duties are already included in the checkout total.

India : duties/taxes vary by product class; any payable amount is estimated and displayed at checkout.

Countries outside our serviced list: the buyer is responsible for local import clearance.

5. Country-Specific Requirements (Concise)

  • Brazil– enter valid CPF/CNPJ at checkout.
  • India– after payment, e-mail your PAN or IEC number for customs.
  • Russia– ID/passport number required by Customs for parcels > €200.
  • UAE / Saudi / Kuwait– provide a mobile phone number for SMS delivery updates.

6. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking e-mail is sent the moment your parcel is manifested.
  • Status is also visible under My Account → Orders.

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or your parcel is over 30 business days in transit, contact us and we will file a priority trace.

7. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Parcels returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to supply required customs ID, or refusal to pay any non-DDP duty will be handled under our 30-Day Return Policy.

8. Parcel Loss & Theft After Delivery

A shipment marked “Delivered” by the carrier is deemed fulfilled. If porch theft is a concern, choose a secure delivery location or request “Signature on Delivery” at checkout.

9. Packaging Standard

Drones and components ship in double-wall export cartons or dedicated flight cases with foam blocks and shock-absorbing corners. Each airframe section is individually wrapped to minimise transit damage.

10. Export Compliance

Seboar exports comply with applicable Chinese and destination-country regulations. End-use or re-export of our drones may be restricted without an appropriate licence.
