After-sale conditions:
1.Product quality abnormality: problems caused by production quality defects.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include:
Seaboar reserves the right to reject the following return or exchange requests:
- The original packaging has been opened and damaged, affecting the secondary sales of the product.
- Products with signs of artificial damage or damage caused by self-modification or disassembly, such as falling, squeezing, improper use, etc.
- Defective goods or missing accessories that are not our responsibility
- Applications suspected of fraud or abuse.
- Returns and exchanges made within 7 days without a valid reason
- Returns made more than 7 days after signing for the goods
- requests that do not provide a valid proof of purchase or product information.
We provide 7 days return service, users can apply for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of signing for the goods, the return and exchange of goods need to be borne by the user to return the shipping costs and tariffs, after this period of time the order will not be accepted for return or exchange applications.
Returns and exchanges:
We only offer returns and exchanges for items with quality problems, shipping damage or color discrepancies. For returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service directly at [email protected].
- Defect declaration: If there is a problem with the assembly of the product, please submit a service work order through the official website “Contact Us”.
- Sending back the product: the costs incurred in priority communication quotes after repair and testing and send back.
- Testing and maintenance: After receiving the product, the after-sales team will carry out testing.
- Processing program: verified as quality defects, we will replace the problematic parts free of charge.
- Special Note: The full refund policy is not applicable in the case of replaceable parts.

Refund process:
- Confirmation of Return Acceptance: After we receive and confirm the returned goods, we will send a “Confirmation of Return Acceptance Notice” via e-mail.
- Notification of audit results: We will notify you by email whether your refund request is approved or not.
- Refund execution: If the request is approved, the refund will be made to the credit card/original payment account you used to make the payment.
- Accounting time: Refunds usually take 10-17 business days (depending on the processing speed of the issuing bank).
- Warm Tips: Refunds are only available for regular-priced items, special-priced items cannot be returned for a refund.
Special Tips:
- If the item is not marked as a gift
- or the order is directly signed for by the giver (for subsequent gifting)
In this case, the refund will be made to the original payment account and the giver can track the progress of the return through the order number.
Delayed Refund Processing Guidelines:
- please check your bank account first to confirm whether the refund has arrived.
- If it has not arrived, we recommend you contact your card issuer for advice (refunds usually take 15-25 business days to process).
- If your bank confirms that the refund has not been received, please contact your credit card issuer for verification.

Processing time limit:
- Please allow up to 10 business days to receive, test, process and complete your return (RMA).
- For general merchandise: returns are generally completed within 7 business days of receipt.
- Merchandise requiring in-depth testing: For merchandise requiring more in-depth testing, processing time is within 15 business days.
Shipping & Logistics:
- Abnormal quality upon receipt: Seboar is responsible.
- Abnormalities after use (within the warranty period): the customer bears the shipping costs and Seboar bears the return shipping costs.
- Outside the warranty period: the customer bears the return shipping cost.
- Recommendations for high value items: For items valued at ≥80 USD, use tracked shipping or purchase insurance services.
- Risk of lost/undelivered parcels:
(1) Pre-FOB risk: borne by Seboar.
(2)Risk after FOB: borne by the customer.
Delivery Information:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Exchange delivery time varies by delivery area
- High risk items recommended (value ≥ 80 USD)
We recommend using a traceable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance

- General Merchandise: 7-14 business days after receipt of the goods
- items requiring inspection: 14-21 business days
Warranty time limit:
1.Product quality problems: the warranty period is 6 months from the date of signing.
2.Man-made quality abnormality: paid repair service is provided, and the cost is subject to prior communication and confirmation.
