‌2. Safety Warnings‌

You acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with operating drones and related accessories:

(1)‌Rotating propellers can cause serious personal injury: Do not operate the device when the propellers are not securely installed;

(2)‌Lithium-polymer (LiPo) battery risks: Improper use or charging may cause combustion or spontaneous combustion;

(3) Power system hazards: Motors, batteries, and electronic speed controllers (ESCs) may draw high currents (over 30 amperes);

(4) Electrical safety precautions: Ensure that all powered electronic systems are safely disconnected before operation; do not short-circuit, reverse-connect wires, or allow wires to come into contact with the body.

(1) Seboar does not provide any form of warranty for the equipment sold; the purchase risk is borne by you.

(2) Seboar and its employees shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, indirect, or consequential damages.

(3) User Responsibility: You must ensure the product is safe for its intended use; Seboar makes no performance guarantees.

‌3.1 Handling of Defective Products‌

If the product cannot be operated due to a manufacturing defect (as determined by Seboar to be not caused by user misuse), Seboar may, at its discretion, replace or repair the product.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to the device caused by defects (e.g., if the video transmitter malfunctions and the device is lost, only the transmitter will be replaced, and no compensation will be provided for the device).

‌5. Shipping Terms

‌5.1 Carrier Selection‌

Seboar uses USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other designated commercial carriers to deliver orders.

‌5.2 Delivery Address Requirements‌

‌A complete and valid street address must be provided. The following types of addresses are not accepted:

(1) Freight forwarder addresses (Seboar provides global logistics);

(2) Hotel/conference center addresses (only permanent residential or established commercial addresses are accepted);

(3) P.O. boxes (including APO addresses);

‌Other Rules:

(1) Cash on delivery (COD) is not supported; full payment must be made in advance;

(2) Export Compliance Commitment: We strictly adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of each country, including export restrictions on specific countries, companies, and individuals.

‌5.3 Package Tracking and Loss‌

(1)‌Free shipping orders‌: Defaulted to economical shipping method (typically USPS), tracking information may be incomplete;

(2)‌Loss liability‌: If tracking shows the carrier has received the package but you have not received it, Seboar is not liable and will not refund (regardless of loss within the destination country’s postal system);

(3) For transportation issues, please contact the relevant carrier directly.

5.4 Shipping Insurance

No insurance is included by default;

paid insurance options may be available at the carrier’s discretion.

5.5 Signature Requirements

Signature is typically not required;

Seboar may request a signature in special circumstances.

‌5.6 Customs Duties, Customs, and Returned Packages‌

(1) International orders are responsible for destination taxes and duties;

(2) When a package is returned due to customs duties or address issues:

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable;

Return shipping costs are non-refundable;

Taxes and duties are non-refundable;

(3) If the total order value is less than the return shipping cost, Seboar may abandon the package and no refund will be issued.

‌5.7 Handling of Out-of-Stock Items‌

(1) Orders containing out-of-stock items will be held until all items are in stock for bulk shipment (partial shipment may be permitted under special circumstances);

(2) In-stock items will be reserved;

(3) The estimated shipping date displayed at checkout is invalid; the actual shipping date will be when all items are in stock.

‌5.8 Order Cancellation and Refunds‌

Orders rejected for violating delivery rules or suspected fraud will be automatically canceled and refunded (typically with notification to the user).
